One month ago, Tasos Paparegas won with his XB8 the national cup title at this track. This time the 2 brothers traveled 600km north from Thessaloniki to participate in the 1st round of Greek championship. On Saturday they did their practice according to the track time schedule, they had good lap times but the competition was very close. Sunday morning with a beautiful hot weather a little wind they started the qualification and Tasos after some good driving performance but with small electric problems with his receiver battery managed to start from 2nd place on the grid. His brother John was at the 2nd place of B final after qualification completed. The final is a totally different strategy with a difficult track and with calm and flawless driving Tasos won 1 lap ahead of the 2nd driver. John managed to win the B final too after competing hard with very good drivers.
